This new build includes a full kitchen, three bathrooms, a living room, and bedrooms, designed from the ground up with curated materials chosen to make a brand-new San Jose home feel warm and lived-in from day one — never cold or showroom-perfect.
Our Role, From the Ground Up
New construction is a different kind of project than a remodel — there's no existing structure to react to, which means every decision starts earlier and carries more weight. On this project, we're involved from the earliest planning stages, working directly alongside the architect and contractor before finishes are even on the table.
That means:
Space planning alongside the architectural drawings — so layouts support how the home will actually be lived in.
Early material and finish selections — plumbing, electrical, and cabinetry all depend on decisions made months before installation.
A material palette curated for warmth — natural materials and considered textures, so a new build doesn't feel sterile.
Ongoing coordination with the build team — staying in the loop from framing to finishing.
Full-home cohesion — kitchen, bathrooms, living spaces, and bedrooms designed as one connected story.
The result, when it's finished, won't just be a new house — it'll be a home that feels like it's always been there.
