Interior Designer Serving Pleasanton, CA
From downtown's early houses to the tract homes and newer custom builds around them.
We serve Pleasanton and four of its Tri-Valley neighbors (Danville, San Ramon, Dublin and Livermore) from our San Jose studio, and Priyanka comes to the house for site visits on every project. New builds, full or major remodels and whole-home design each start with a flat design fee set after scoping.
Pleasanton's homes, then and now
Downtown's oldest houses went up after the railroad arrived in 1869, and a 2015 City survey found 88 of 201 older downtown homes eligible for the California Register. Most of the city came later: the population more than quadrupled in the 1960s, and tract neighborhoods spread outward through the mid-1970s, followed by large custom homes in the 1990s. Each era asks for something different, from respecting original detail to warming up a newer house that hasn't yet been made personal.

How a project works
1. Send an inquiry. If we seem well matched, Priyanka will reach out to schedule a short introductory call.
2. Scoping and a flat-fee proposal. Pricing is set only after a visit to the property, and that flat fee isn't refundable.
3. Design, ordering, coordination and install.
Tri-Valley budgets follow the wider Bay Area: plan on well into six figures for a whole home, and up to seven for a complete remodel or a new house. See what drives Bay Area design costs.
